Yesterday I attempted to make a hair mask, and I’ll admit that recipe was a bit of a disaster. First, I had the issue with the mixture not being smooth or cohesive. Instead of a cohesive mixture, I had flakes of Conditioning Emulsifier floating throughout the mixture. So I went back to the drawing board. I wanted something rich, creamy and luxurious to make hair soft and shiny. Come join me for today’s recipe!
To improve upon yesterday’s recipe, I increased my Virgin Coconut Oil and my Conditioning Emulsifier to help give me that creamy texture I was looking for. I also slightly increased my Meadowfoam Oil and Argan Oil to insure that the hair becomes soft and smooth. I also decreased my Dimethicone and Cyclomethicone to make sure I would have a creamy, cohesive mixture.
Let’s see if today’s recipe will get us exactly what we are looking for!

Notes: Yesterday I had envisioned a hair mask that was rich, creamy and smooth in texture. That was a bit of a flop so today I was really hoping that I would get what I had originally envisioned. I was delighted when my hair mask cooled, and I had this beautiful, creamy hair mask. I was so relieved it turned out just like I had imagined! Now I sit back, relax and enjoy soft, shiny and tangle-free hair!
