| In the heat of the summer, one of my favorite things to do is to bite down into a large slice of cold watermelon. Yum. I can almost feel the juice running down my chin. Watermelon always makes me feel like a kid again. I remember trying to spit those black seeds like my father did. All that happened was they would get stuck to my chin. LOL. I love watching kids eat watermelon and try to spit the seeds. It makes me laugh and reminds me of the carefree attitude I had, doing only task at hand.In all of the years I have been part of this industry, either as a hobbyist or as an employee, I think one of the most difficult scents to do well is watermelon. I love our Kalahari Melon. It makes watermelon young and fun again. This scent reminds me of those summer BBQs as a kid where I stuffed my face with fresh raspberries, strawberries, watermelon, cantaloupe, honeydew and cherries. I went home with freckled cheeks and stained lips. LOL. My mother was such a good sport, washing my stained laundry after such events. Come join me in the blog kitchen for a youthful and fun soap!
