Orange Butter Lip Balm

I adore Speculoos cookies but my favorite is the cookie butter that is available. I love it on sandwiches but my favorite place to use it is on freshly made crepes. Did you know that one of Trader Joe’s® top selling items is their Speculoos Cookie Butter? (I can totally understand why. Can anyone say “Yummy?”) Today I wanted to make a scent blend that smells just like Speculoos Cookie Butter. I mean, if you can eat it, why not smell like it too!
I love how simple it is to make this scent blend. Sometimes blending can be stressful and intimidating for me. It is even harder when the scent blend is close but not quite there. I find that asking friends and family what they think of a blend to be very helpful. They are often able to give ideas and pointers that I might otherwise not have thought of.
Tomorrow we will be using this scent blend in a lotion. I am so excited for tomorrow. Can this get any better?

Place a glass mixing container on your scale. I like to use glass because it is easier to clean and more durable under the stress of mixing scent blends. I have found fragrance and essential oils can be excellent solvents! Measure the fragrance and essential oils into the glass container. Mix well. Pour into an amber glass bottle for long term storage.
