Orders and Planning for Christmas

Time to sit down and plan for the holidays!

Time to sit down and plan for the holidays!

It may seem rather early to start planning for Christmas but you can’t deny that it is coming and will be here sooner than most of us know it. So what does that mean for you? Start making a plan for the things you want to make this holiday season and the materials you need for those projects. I like to make an inventory of everything I have at home. That way I am not ordering duplicate items nor am I counting on having an oil that unbeknownst to me, has turned rancid. If I know I will be making a lot of soap for Christmas, I will check on the status of my Coconut Oil, Palm Oil, Shea Butter and Olive Oil.

We are working hard to make sure that during the upcoming season your order ships as quickly as possible. We know how hard it is to wait for an order and we want to minimize the anxiety and stress you experience. In fact, I would like to take just a wee moment to brag about just how awesome we are by sharing the number one complaint we receive during this season. Are you ready?

The number one complaint is that we ship too fast! While this does mean it is harder for us to make an addition to your order, it also means that your order isn’t sitting on our floor collecting dust. So, what do you think of our number one complaint? I like to think it means we are doing something right but I would love to hear your thoughts!
