Instructions
Weigh all ingredients but fragrance and preservative into microwave safe mixing bowl. Heat until all ingredients are liquid. Mix with an immersion blender. While waiting for the mixture to cool measure the preservative and fragrance. Add these last two items when the mixture is about 120 degrees F. Stir well making sure no oil floats to the top. Pour into bottles. Cap and label.
