Notes & Comments :
A part can be anything: teaspoons, tablespoons, fluid ounces or gallons. Just make sure it is a volume measure.Because orange is so volatile recommended usage is 1/2 fl oz per pound of fat in a soap recipe.
This is a better formulation than #1 if Sandalwood is not a prefered scent. The orange lightens the intensity of Sandalwood well.
