INCI: CI 15850 (Red 7) & Castor (Ricinus communis) Oil
Our newest oil-soluble lip color is delectable! Cool Red is a charming red with a blue undertone that will help make that classic cool red lipstick color. I can't wait to mix Cool Red with a little White and Black for a classic red that wouldn't be out of place on the red carpet!
