INCI = Red 33
We use this color in salts, fizzies, and soaps! Very versatile and fun. To mix a large quantity, add 1/2 tsp color to a 1 oz dropper bottle, fill with water, insert dropper tip, and place over cap on the bottle. Shake well.
Recommended vehicle for dispersing: water.
Cold Process Soap: purple-red color, medium to vivid
Glycerin Soap Base: purple-red color, medium to vivid; will bleed, so make soaps solid color only, not swirls
Lotion: purple red
Bath Salts: purple-red, pale to intense, mix into a small spray bottle instead of a dropper bottle, spray salts with color, will turn bath water purple red
Lip Balm: not suitable
I used this to make cold process soap twice, rebatching it both times. My experience is that it's VERY vivid. It looks black until it develops overnight. Use sparingly! It packs twice the punch you think it will, so unless you like being dyed pink...a little goes a long way. :D
