A part can be anything: teaspoons, tablespoons, fluid ounces or gallons. Just make sure it is a volume measure.Sandalwood is very stable so recommended usage is 1/4 fl oz per pound of fat in a soap recipe.
This blend is better than #1 or #2 if Sandalwood is your \'thing.\' The orange is just a hint and not dominating.
